AS A NEWLY ESTABLISHED AND ELITE RAW CHOCOLATE BRAND, NAMA COCOA INTRODUCES THE IDEA OF FRESHLY MADE SUGAR FREE RAW CHOCOLATE AS THEIR CORE VALUE TO THE CHINESE CONSUMERS. UNLIKE TRADITIONAL CHOCOLATE PACKED WITH SUGAR AND ENERGY, THEY ARE TRYING TO ADD ANOTHER PROSPECTIVE TO THE STEREOTYPE OF CHOCOLATE.
WE TRY TO EMPHASISE THE CONTRAST BETWEEN THE FRESHNESS OF RAW CHOCOLATE THAT NEEDS TO BE KEPT IN LOW TEMPERATURE AND THE ORIGINAL INGREDIENT FOR CHOCOLATE WHICH IS COCOA AS A TROPICAL PLANT BY CHOOSING PENGUIN AS THE KEY ICON, AT THE TIME WE ALSO WANT TO DRAW THE CONNECTION BETWEEN PENGUIN AND RAW CHOCOLATE, WHICH IS THEY BOTH LIVE UNDER 0 DEGREE.
THE DIFFERENT SHAPES AND POSTURES OF THE PENGUINS ADD MORE FUN TO THE BRAND AND CREATE A WONDERFUL MEMORY POINT, IT ALSO PROVIDES A SENSE OF CURIOSITY AND INNOCENCE, JUST LIKE CHILDREN. THE UPTURNED END OF THE STROKES CREATE A PLAYFUL AND CUTE LIGHTHEARTEDNESS TO THE OVERALL LOGO. AFTER CREATING THE BRAND LOGO AND VISUAL SYSTEM, WE ALSO DESIGNED A SERIES OF PACKAGING INCLUDING CUPS, PAPER BAGS AND BOXES AS PART OF THE BRANDING.
